Zoopharmacognosy Session Rates


Many Pet Insurance schemes now include cover for "Complementary Therapies" - please check your policy.

Dogs

First session = £120 (or £95 if completed Client Consultation form is sent to me prior to my visit), excluding mileage costs
Subsequent sessions £95.   

This includes :

  • all extracts consumed and oils used during the session

*Please also budget £10- £20 for extracts that may need to be left with you to continue working with/ supporting your animal over the next 1-2 weeks. 

 

 

 

 

Cats

First session = £95 (or £70 if completed Client Consultation form is sent to me prior to my visit), excluding mileage costs.
Subsequent sessions £70

This includes:

  • all extracts consumed and oils used during the session

*Please also budget £10- £15 for extracts that may need to be left with you to continue working with / supporting your animal over the next 1-2 weeks. 

 

 

 

Horses

First session = £120* (or £95* if completed Client Consultation form is sent to me prior to my visit), excluding mileage costs
*there may be extra charges for extracts, depending on how much your horse selects, please see below.

Subsequent sessions £95

This includes :

  • extracts consumed and oils used during the session (to a maximum value of £15*

*Please also budget £15- £25 for extracts that may need to be left with you to continue working with/ supporting your animal over the next 1-2 weeks. 

* As horses are herbivores, they are much more used to metabolising plant constituents, and tend to select more heavily "by mouth" than other species.  They can sometimes therefore need to select larger quantities of extracts or dried herbs to address their needs.   This is not always the case, so the fairest way to price for clients is as above.  If your horse needs to select beyond these levels, I will advise you during the consultation, so that you can decide how to proceed at the time.
